Youth Talent Concert!!!
we had this performance last night at vivo city :)
it was until 9.30pm and by the time i reach home it was 10 plus 11
hahahas quite late :)
but i think this concert was totally awesome! :D
there was quite a lot of performances there
and we St Margs is one of them :D
it was mostly towards the chinese culture
for example there are performances like wu shu, ethnic dances, chinese dance, chinese orchestra and the singing of chinese pop songs :D
i didnt manage to watch the performance last night
but i watched most of them on our rehersal day on Friday
which was similarly until 9.30pm :P
so yesterday we meet in school at 1pm to paint our costume :)
hahahas, actually it can be quite fun, but tiring :D
then we changed into the costume, did warm ups and run through the dance once
and we started on our make up :)
and soon it was time to set off to Vivo city
we had to walk by the shopping mall, so many people were staring at us
then as we were walking past to the shopping mall through the shelter at the toppest level to our holding area
this group of guy behind me and Sam kept repeating "Like Girl Like That!"
i think they were talking about their friend, cos this guy kind of scream when he walk under the rain
both of us kept laughing over it
and choo jia heard it when she was behind them, and we kept repeating it too :P
therefore this "quote" became our quote of the week :D
its kind of a joke though :P
we had our dinner and prepared for our turn to perform
putting on lipstick and the glitters on our hands and arms
we were the last few performers, so we waited for quite long :P
when we went to the backstage, we were watching the dance by VJC, followed by a performance by Hwa Chong, then a magic show :)
then its our turn :D
i think we did well :) our seniors were watching us from the audience
and they were cheering really loudly :D
after all the performances, everyone would go up stage to get certificate and get a group photo with the president :)
had a little "party" then at the holding area, where there is food for all of us to eat
its a really awesome performance :D
i really enjoyed it :)
our chinese dance troupe is on newspaper, both chinese and english !!!
i cut them out and paste it on a piece of paper

haha just some random writings by the side to fill up the empty spaces :P
so thats all off to work again, havent been doing much hw this two days due to practices
so byes :D
i really hope i will recover soon....
