i just had NAPFA test today
the 2.4km run
and i pass it the timing was 17:05 mins
well if i didnt walk during the run
i bet the timing will be much more better
but i could not run the entire 2.4
is too tiring
i was panting terribly during the run
the last part of the run i sprinted
however after the entire run it was much better

today is our sch ELDDS's SYF
wish them gd luck :D
ours is coming soon too
so jia you chinese dancers :)
had PW today
and we were discussing about algae
actually the truth is that we are discussing crap
but at least the report came out at the end
thks to sam, cos she was much more discipline
and she started typing first
then we help in research :D
anyway trying to do my work now
